PLATINUM SPONSORS
Sponsors at the Platinum Level only will be allowed the opportunity to have their company logo printed on the goody bags. This will be limited to the first 10 Platinum Sponsors that provide a signed sponsorship form and send in their check.

All Platinum sponsors will be invited to place two items into the goody bags at no additional cost.

Platinum sponsorships will include one "free" registration for the FLALHFA Key West conference.

GOLD SPONSORS
Gold Sponsors will be invited to place 2 items into the goody bags at a reduced cost of $150.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
All conference events will be sponsored by FLALHFA and Conference Sponsors as a whole (i.e. there will be no individual sponsorship of various events). Sponsors will be recognized on signboards at each event where possible and in the Conference Program.

ADVERTISING OPPORTUNTIES - 2010 Ad Specs
This price schedule outlines the advertising options available for sponsors of the conference:

• If you are a Platinum Sponsor you may:

  Purchase a full page ad	$500
  Purchase a half page ad	$350
  Purchase a quarter page ad	$250

• If you are a Gold Sponsor you may:

  Purchase a half page ad	$350
  Purchase a quarter page ad	$250

• If you are a Silver Sponsor you may:

  Purchase an quarter page ad

  $250

EXHIBIT SPACE OPPORTUNTIES
The following price schedule outlines the exhibit space options available for purchase. Exhibit space opportunities are available only to Platinum and Gold sponsors.

Platinum Sponsor	$500
Gold Sponsor	$750

Please indicate your desire to advertise in accordance with your level of sponsorship. The advertising layout and exhibit displays will be the responsibility of the sponsor. Advertising layouts will need to be submitted in camera ready form on or before May 27, 2010 for inclusion in the conference material.
