2010 Florida ALHFA Annual Conference Program At-A-Glance

The 2010 FLALHFA Educational Conference will be held July 14-17th at the Portofino Bay Hotel, Universal Studios, Orlando FL. Hotel rooms are now available for booking - please call 1-866-360-7395.

The 2010 conference registration fees will be $450 per person for FL ALHFA members and $550 for non-members. Guest fees will be $75 for a member's first guest and $100 for additional guests and $175 non-member's guests. An additional fee of $25 will be collected for each registration received after the Registration Deadline of June 10, 2010.

Guest fees are established for those attending the conference in a non-professional, social capacity and are not intended for those attending the sessions or participating in the conference.
Conference fees will be refunded for cancellations received in writing 18 days or more prior to the conference less a $75.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 18 days of the conference. Guest fees paid in advance will be refunded in full if cancellations are received in writing 18 days or more prior to the conference. There will be no refunds of guest registration fees if cancellations are made within 18 days of the conference. An appeal for refunds may be made to the Board in the instance a cancellation is made prior to the conference but within 18 days if there is a medical reason for not attending the conference.
