Hotel reservation must be made by June 1, 2010 to take advantage of special rates. Reservations after this date will be accepted on space and rate availability. All guests must be registered for the conference to ensure their hotel reservation will be honored. IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE, YOUR ROOM MAY BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION! Cancellation Policy
A refund of the full amount less $75 will be given if the registered attendee sends a written request for cancellation and the request is received at least 18 days prior to the start of the conference. There will be no refunds for written cancellations received less than 18 days prior to the start of the conference.
